The short version
Florida Breweries, Wineries & Distilleries is a free directory run by Gude Ventures, a small family-run outfit. By using the site — browsing, creating an account, claiming a venue, or submitting anything — you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English on purpose. Questions? What the site is
We list Florida breweries, wineries, distilleries, and their events so you can find them, visit them, and support them. Hours change, businesses move, and sometimes places close faster than any directory can keep up — so please confirm details with the venue before making a trip. The site is provided as-is, and while we work hard to keep it accurate, we can't guarantee every detail. And it should go without saying: if you drink, be 21+, and never drink and drive.
Your account
Accounts use one-time email sign-in links — no passwords. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so don't share your sign-in links with anyone. Keep your email address real; it's how we reach you if something needs your attention.
Playing fair
Don't misuse the site. That includes claiming a venue you don't actually own or represent, impersonating someone else, posting false or misleading information, uploading anything you don't have the rights to, spamming, scraping the site wholesale, or trying to break or overload it.
Venue owners
If you claim your venue, we review the claim before handing over the keys. Once approved, the info, images, and events you post must be accurate and yours to share — by uploading a logo or photo you're telling us you have the right to use it, and you're giving us permission to display it on the site. You keep ownership of everything you upload.
Our house, our call
We may remove or edit any listing, claim, image, event, or other content, and suspend or close any account, at any time, for any reason — including no reason beyond our own judgment that it's best for the site. We'll usually reach out first, because that's the neighborly thing to do, but we're not required to. If your account is closed, the privacy policy's deletion process applies to your data.

Some links on the site are affiliate links — booking through them helps support the site at no extra cost to you. The full disclosure lives in our privacy policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gude Ventures isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or your visits to any listed venue — a listing here is information, not an endorsement or a guarantee of your experience. These terms are governed by Florida law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
