Founded in 2013, Sailfish was the first craft brewery in Fort Pierce, Florida. Our mission is to share the best of the Treasure Coast in everything we do. Reflecting the coastal appetite for bright, refreshing flavors. Sourcing local ingredients as much as possible. Collaborating with regional farmers, chefs, and craftspeople. Creating a meet-up spot that’s welcoming to friends, family, and strangers alike. And giving back to the community we call home.
