Sourglass Brewing is a specialized production imprint and line of traditionally fermented, wild, and mixed-culture sour ales launched by Hourglass Brewing in Longwood, Florida. Established in late 2016 to house their dedicated barrel-aging and oak-foeder wild fermentation projects, the Sourglass label serves as the brewery's hub for creative, wood-matured farmhouse ales and sours. Visitors can enjoy the Sourglass lineup alongside more than 30 other craft beers directly on tap at Hourglass Brewing's massive, geek-culture-themed flagship taproom
